Matwork Class Timetable

| All classes run in a 6 or 8 week block and all classes are limited to a maximum of 15 people to allow for individual attention.
Beginner This is an introduction to the pilates technique and is suitable for anyone who is completely new to the technique; for those who have an injury or specific condition and those who are pregnant. Intermediate This class is for people who are familiar with the technique and have been taking part in class for at least 4-6 months. Intermediate level is a more challenging workout and often small equipment is incorporated into the workout (foam rollers, stability ball and mini ball). Mixed This class is suitable for complete beginner to intermediate level where the instructor works closely with those who have no experience of the technique.
